I worked with a team of agencies to help the restaurant successfully roll out their reconcept and rebrand through a fully integrated marketing plan. My role in the project was leading organic social from discovery to strategy to day-to-day execution.
By combining trend-informed short-form video I captured myself in collaboration with the restaurant and brand-forward high quality photography from The House Creates, we engaged audiences on social and introduced them to the new Mary Eddy’s Italian Grill experience in a tantalizing and delicious way.
Within three months, I created over 140 pieces of content which were distributed across existing platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and a new TikTok profile I launched. This content increased organic impressions by 220% and engagements by 340%, encouraging old and new fans of Mary Eddy’s alike to experience the new concept and menu.
Content resonated well with audiences, earning a cross-channel engagement rate of 1.4%, with excellent channel-specific engagement rates of 4.1% on Instagram and 2.9% on TikTok.
We also saw quick follower growth on existing platforms (Instagram and Facebook) and on new platforms (TikTok) with a total net growth of over 800 new followers in under 3 months — 4% faster growth than the previous period.
